Applications of Custom Aluminum Stamped Parts
Deep drawing metal stamping technology is widely used in the mass production of automotive parts, daily necessities, and electronic casings.
Power tool base plates are stamped using a progressive die, with manual stamping. Surface treatment is typically electrophoresis or powder coating, depending on partner requirements.
Precision Spring Clip Stamping are made of copper stamping with a durable, elastic surface. The surface treatment is generally nickel plating (some use tin plating followed by nickel plating), which provides strong conductivity and good corrosion resistance.

Quality Control for Aluminum Stamped Parts
Material Verification – Each batch of incoming materials undergoes thickness inspection, material report verification, and surface checks for rust, corrosion, and scratches. The material certificate provided by the supplier is verified to ensure consistency with the incoming materials.
First Article Inspection – The first ten stamped products undergo first article inspection, and a first article inspection record is created. The record is checked for conformity with internal engineering drawings; any issues are promptly reported.
In-Process Inspection – Each process is inspected by IPQC personnel, including checking for surface scratches and measuring critical product dimensions.
Final Inspection – The final inspection involves a security check at the entire inspection gate, including inspection of critical dimensions, parts packaging boxes, and outer cartons. Labeling is checked for issues, and the outer wooden crate is verified for sturdiness.
