Shielding cover stamping manufacturer

PCBA shielding covers are manufactured using progressive die stamping of nickel silver. Custom processing is supported. Die processing is performed using wire EDM equipment, with a top surface flatness of <0.1mm.

Side dimensions are accurate, and mating parts are strictly made according to drawings. Quality is guaranteed through die precision.

Material grain direction can be 0 degrees.

All materials and processing techniques must comply with RoHS regulations.

During visual inspection, products should be free of obvious dents, missing materials, or other defects. Operators are required to inspect 3-5 products every 10 minutes.
