Why Choose Te-chsun for Custom Pliers Stamping Parts
Custom Pliers Stamping Capabilities
We have an independent R&D and manufacturing team for handle bending and small handle component dies, enabling us to transform any customer’s irregular drawings into mass production dies in as little as 12 days. From 0.1mm ultra-thin parts to multi-station continuous stamping, we not only support customized solutions for multiple materials and tonnages, but also help you reduce per-piece development costs through process optimization.
Custom stamping from customer drawings
Our partners’ drawings and factory technical team conduct feasibility reviews and DFM analysis on 2D/3D drawings or physical samples to determine materials, precision, and stamping processes (such as bending, deep drawing, etc.).
Complex bending and forming
We have solutions for any complex stamping process. You can see different bending and forming methods for pliers handles.
Burr and crack control
When using SPCC type steel plates, cracks will occur if R/T < 0.5. Therefore, a design with R/T greater than 0.5 can avoid cracks.Burnt surfaces can be smoothed and polished using vibratory feeders and abrasives.
Custom tooling and die development
At Techsun, every project begins with a rigorous DFM (Design for Manufacturability) analysis. Our engineering team meticulously reviews your 3D CAD models and samples for dimensional tolerances, material thinning, and forming feasibility. Backed by advanced CAD/CAM software and stamping stress simulations, we preemptively resolve manufacturing bottlenecks before custom dies trialing, saving you time and cost.
Surface treatment after stamping
Surface treatment: oil soaking, Sandblasting
Prototype and production quantities
Yes, we will create a prototype for your confirmation before formal mass production. We can produce both small and large batches without a MOQ.
Dimensional inspection before shipment
Raw material inspection – Stamping inspection – Subsequent process quality inspection – Packaging inspection – Outgoing inspection report
