Metal Deep Drawing Parts

During deep drawing and secondary drawing in stamping, cracks often occur, meaning the material breaks. For products with smaller draws, this is less of a problem, but for larger products, cracks tend to appear at both ends of the width. When the bending width is large, cracks appear on the bending curve, near the middle of the bending width. Additionally, cracks frequently occur at right angles during drawing.
