Custom Aluminum Stamped Parts manufacturer
Techsun manufactures custom aluminum stamped parts according to customer drawings, specifications, and production requirements. Our capabilities include precision stamping, punching, forming, bending, and other stamping processes for OEM and industrial components.
Custom Aluminum Stamping Capabilities
Precision Stamping
We use deep drawing progressive die stamping to support multiple materials, not just aluminum.
Punching
Side snap-fit and bottom hole stamping uses a highly precise die: the bottom hole is stamped first, followed by the side snap-fit.
Forming
After the bottom hole is stamped, the parts are gradually formed, with aluminum and other metals bonded to the die for shaping.
Flanging
Widely used for mass production of automotive parts, daily necessities, and electronic casings.
Trimming
The final step is to trim the edges directly with a die cutter, and the part is complete.

Applications of Custom Aluminum Stamped Parts
Deep drawing metal stamping technology is widely used in the mass production of automotive parts, daily necessities, and electronic casings.
Power tool base plates are stamped using a progressive die, with manual stamping. Surface treatment is typically electrophoresis or powder coating, depending on partner requirements.
Precision Spring Clip Stamping are made of copper stamping with a durable, elastic surface. The surface treatment is generally nickel plating (some use tin plating followed by nickel plating), which provides strong conductivity and good corrosion resistance.
Furniture metal progressive die stamping uses aluminum, resulting in a more attractive appearance after surface treatment, making it the choice of many partners.
Kitchen metal sinks are manufactured using hydraulic deep drawing. The material is first blanked, then oiled and placed in a hydraulic press for stamping and stretching. The entire stretching process takes approximately 2 minutes, with the die slowly pressing down from above to form the shape.
Why Aluminum for Stamped Parts?
Lightweight
Corrosion resistance
Good formability
High strength-to-weight ratio
Suitable for complex formed components
Aluminum has good heat dissipation performance
Custom Tooling Aluminum Stamping Tooling
Techsun develops custom stamping tooling based on part geometry, material characteristics, production volume, and dimensional requirements. Tooling design is optimized for reliable forming, consistent dimensions, and efficient production.
Quality Control for Aluminum Stamped Parts
Material Verification – Each batch of incoming materials undergoes thickness inspection, material report verification, and surface checks for rust, corrosion, and scratches. The material certificate provided by the supplier is verified to ensure consistency with the incoming materials.
First Article Inspection – The first ten stamped products undergo first article inspection, and a first article inspection record is created. The record is checked for conformity with internal engineering drawings; any issues are promptly reported.
In-Process Inspection – Each process is inspected by IPQC personnel, including checking for surface scratches and measuring critical product dimensions.
Final Inspection – The final inspection involves a security check at the entire inspection gate, including inspection of critical dimensions, parts packaging boxes, and outer cartons. Labeling is checked for issues, and the outer wooden crate is verified for sturdiness.
