As one of the main stamping processes, metal sheet drawing can produce thin-walled parts in various shapes, including cylindrical, rectangular, stepped, spherical, conical, parabolic, and other irregular shapes. It can even manufacture more complex parts. The deep drawing process using stamping equipment includes: drawing, re-drawing, reverse drawing, and thinning drawing.

Note:
1. When the radius of the die fillet r < 6t, the drawing coefficient takes the larger value; when the radius of the die fillet ≥ (7~8)t, the drawing coefficient takes the smaller value.
2. When the relative thickness of the material (t/D) × 100 ≥ 0.62, the drawing coefficient takes the smaller value; when the relative thickness of the material (t/D) × 100 < 0.62, the drawing coefficient takes the larger value.
3. The material is in the annealed state.
